Compliance
I am able to undertake a range of audits, compliance checks and even full mock inspections tailored to meet the standards of CQC. These can be reactive to a recent inspection or concern or proactive, with a focus on improving quality, safety and your overall rating. I can also provide advice and support with IPC inspections. I can attend professional meetings and conferences and help you to compile and prepare evidence as required. I am able to help you to navigate formal processes and to maintain good working relationships with partner agencies. I can also offer advice on compliance, quality and a range of day-to-day issues relating to your setting.
Crisis Management
For services in need of immediate crisis management, I can offer on site or remote support and mentoring to the existing staff team. Depending on the concern, I can access advice and assistance from a range of experts in the relevant field including nursing and medicines management. I can help providers to address issues of safety and quality, formulate action plans and begin to embed change.
